Operational Policy
The basic aim of the Hungarian Association of Welding Technology and Material Testing (MHtE) is to coordinate, assist and represent the professional interests of welding organizations in order to raise the standard of welding culture in Hungary, and to ensure that industrial production companies are present on the Hungarian and foreign market with welded products of the expected quality that can be produced economically.
MHtE organizes and performs its personal, system, certification of welding and brazier, certification of welding technologies and welding specialist certifications and services in accordance with the needs of customers, at a high professional level, in accordance with the relevant standards, national and international regulations, in the service of the Hungarian welding industry and material testing.
In order to meet the related expectations, MHtE is continuously developing its organizational structure, the preparedness of its staff and experts, the management system and technical conditions of operation.
MHtE has the necessary financial resources and appropriate risk reduction solutions to cover the liabilities associated with its services.
MHtE operates an integrated management system based on the current versions of MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17020, MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17021-1, MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17024, MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17065, MSZ EN ISO 9001, EWF-416, IAB-001, EWF 638 and IAB 339 regulations and related laws and regulations.
The efficient operation of the integrated management system is made possible by the process-oriented approach and risk-based thinking.
MHtE’s senior management is committed to:
- the impartiality of its certification, qualification and qualification activities (Declaration of Impartiality);
- to investigate and handle appeals and complaints constructively, impartially and in a timely manner (Appeal and Complaint Handling Policy);
- confidential management of information obtained by MHtE during certification, qualification and qualification processes (Privacy Policy);
- processing of personal data in accordance with the regulations (Privacy Policy);
- observing and enforcing the prescribed ethical norms (Code of Ethics).
The top management of the Hungarian Welding Technology and Materials Testing Association declares the fulfilment of the requirements expected and prescribed for its service activities, its commitment to the achievement of its goals, and continuously seeks for the satisfaction of customers and the continuous development of the integrated management system.
